Thank you for shopping with Dust & Daisies! We’re a small business, and we appreciate every order placed with us. Please review our shipping information below.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, sales, or periods of higher order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
• Standard Shipping: $8.00 for orders under $100
• FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $100 or more
• Express Shipping: $15.00
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier to update your tracking information after your package has been accepted.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Dust & Daisies is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dustanddaisies.shop. We will do our best to make changes before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dustanddaisies.shop so we can make it right.
International Shipping
At this time, Dust & Daisies ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
