Dust & Daisies Return Policy

7-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Dust & Daisies order! If something doesn’t work out, you have 7 days from the date your order is marked delivered to request a return.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of wear. Proof of purchase or your packing slip may be required.

To request a return, contact us through our online store chat or email us at hello@dustanddaisies.shop within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, the customer is responsible for return packaging and return shipping costs. Tracking information is required for all returns. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Approved store credit will be issued electronically by email as an e-gift card.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@dustanddaisies.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Dust & Daisies will cover any necessary return shipping costs.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

Sale and clearance items, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, request a return for the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Because inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee that another size or style will still be available.

Store Credit

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your order as an electronic gift card.

Store credit does not expire unless otherwise required by applicable law.
